This February we had the chance to demonstrate our work in developing and implementing a decision support dashboard for the Ministry of Health Sri Lanka.
It was a project that we initiated during my time at the Ministry of Health, where we used Apache superset to develop a decision dashboard for the administrators to use the availability of data for better decision-making and resource allocation.
We presented our work at the Digital Health Week Australia 2025, which happened in a hybrid format. We are super proud that our abstract and poster won the award for the best e-poster presentation award at the DHW 2025.
It was exciting to see something we did in Sri Lanka competing and winning over other work done in more settings with more resources.
It was fun building the superset dashboard, where I learned a lot, I also bumped into some interesting things when trying to incorporate the map of Sri Lanka into Apache Superset. Loading a country map to superset map
You can read more about the study here by reading the Abstract, and also you can check out our poster.
